Pediatric occupational therapy (OT) helps children develop the skills they need to thrive in their daily lives. It focuses on improving fine and gross motor skills, social skills, overall participation, and confidence. With the help of a skilled therapist, children can learn to navigate the challenges of daily life with greater ease and feelings of fulfillment. By taking (OT) outside, children can enjoy the natural benefits of exploring the great outdoors and become grounded, connected, and empowered.
