We are currently offering a W2, hourly position for at least 10-20 hours a week with an increase as caseload grows if candidate is open to more hours. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to join a practice at the onset and help grow their position to their interests. We are specifically looking for someone that has at least two days of afternoon/early evening (up to 6pm) availability. Responsibilities: • Conduct occupational therapy assessments to evaluate children's strengths and areas of need • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals • Implement therapy sessions using a developmental, relationship-based approach to promote skill development and functional independence • Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist • Experience utilizing a developmental, relationship-based approach to therapy • Love of nature • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team • Passion for working with children and families Benefits • Option for productivity-based bonuses to your comfort level • Flexible scheduling • Full time therapists (30+ hours) *PTO *Paid continuing education *Paid holidays HOW TO APPLY: If you are passionate about pediatric occupational therapy and believe in the power of a nature connection and a developmental, relationship-based approach, we encourage you to apply.
